Couriers and logistics: To deliver the shoes you ordered, we share your name, address, and phone number with our shipping partners: BRT, SDA, DHL, and Poste Italiane.
Payment service providers: Klarna, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard circuits, and banks for processing bank transfers.
Marketing and Tracking Platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and email marketing tools): External tools and software used for sending newsletters, remarketing activities, and analyzing web traffic data (statistics and advertising).
5. Transfer of data outside the EU
Since we use international services (such as Shopify or any email marketing/tracking platforms with servers abroad), your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In these cases, Unique srl ensures that the transfer only takes place to countries considered safe by the European Commission or by applying the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU.
6. How long do we keep your data?
Invoicing and order-related data will be retained for 10 years, as required by Italian tax and accounting law.
Account data is maintained until you decide to delete your profile.
Data for marketing and profiling will be retained until you revoke your consent (for example, by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our emails).
